ROZZLER provides high-quality mouse pads and desk mats. While we strive to describe our products as accurately as possible, we do not guarantee that all information provided is error-free.

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes. Payments must be made in full at the time of order through Razorpay. Orders are confirmed upon successful payment.

Our logistics partner is Shiprocket, and the estimated delivery time is between 5 to 7 business days. Customers will receive tracking details once their order is shipped.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Cancellations beyond 24 hours are not permitted as orders proceed to processing. Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is defective or damaged. If such an issue arises, customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product and email images of the defective item to contact@rozzler.com. The exchange is initiated after the clear verification of the damaged goods, but there is no refund. 

Users may create an account on our website using their email and a verification code. They are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials.

ROZZLER shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru and Karnataka.

ROZZLER may modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Updated terms become effective once posted on the website.
