At ROZZLER, customer satisfaction is our priority. Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. If the cancellation is requested beyond this timeframe, the order will have already entered the shipping process and cannot be reversed.
In case of a cancellation within 24 hours, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method. The refund process may take up to 7 working days.
Refunds are not applicable for any requests made after the product has shipped unless received in a defective or damaged condition. If the product is received defectively, the customer needs to share the pictures of the damage, and if and only if it is approved, the product undergoes an exchange but not a refund in any circumstance.
